You can fill out the form and submit your registration online, or print out the registration form, and mail or fax it in. Please note that NO ONE UNDER THE AGE OF 16 WILL BE ALLOWED IN THE EXHIBIT HALL, INCLUDING INFANTS. INFANTS ARE NOT ALLOWED UNDER ANY CONDITIONS, EVEN IF IN A CARRIER. (exceptions are only made for models hired by the individual vendors). IF YOU REGISTER ONLINE and did not attend in the last couple of years, please also be sure to mail your proof of profession to the address below, or fax it to 800-517-6070. (business card, letterhead, etc) We register by the studio, therefore proof is not required for each person in your party, but we rely on you to make sure only dance teachers, studio owners, dance coaches, studio costumers, etc are included in your studio/school registration. *Note: if you attended last year, proof of profession is not necessary. If you register three weeks or more prior to the show date, you will receive your name badge, map of the exhibit floor, directions, and other materials in the mail approximately 2 weeks prior to the show date. If you register later than that, your registration materials will be at the registration desk the day of the show. Admission to one of the Practical Dance Seminars and a ticket to the fashion dinner will be announced soon for 2008. Don't go home with an aching back from carrying all those
catalogs. Pre-order a Costume Preview Show Rolling Bag for only $17 ($20
on the day of the show while supply lasts) and pick it up at the show. The bags
are black with white imprint.
